Back Pack Safety…
School‘s started and your children are lifting heavy bookbags and sitting at their classroom desk ve days a week. If they aren’t aware of proper posture and lifting habits they can be damaging their spines. When you see the grimace on their face or hear them complain that their back is hurting don’t delay showing these corrective methods to them. Incorrect posture can lead to poor school and sports performance and secondary issues such as headaches, back pain, numbness and tingling in the arms or legs, poor sleep and possibly a weakened immune system. As a matter of fact, all of us who carry heavy items will eventually cause muscle spasms, compressed joints and pinched nerves.
